Over his 30+ year career, Tony has been an EVP and SVP of Sales, a corporate officer and a key member of the executive team at several large high tech companies in Silicon Valley, where he was involved in all aspects of corporate decision making including business strategy, planning and M&A activity. Tony played a key role in numerous acquisitions as part of the due diligence team and in integrating sales teams and go to market strategies. Tony has managed sales teams as large as 300 and revenues ranging from $5M – $800M.

Tony’s greatest successes have been in building and providing leadership to sales teams so they can exceed revenue, market share and customer satisfaction targets. He believes in leading by example, personal accountability, aligning goals, setting clear expectations, teamwork, and getting results.
Tony lives with his wife Linda in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys fitness training and playing his guitars.
