He has more than thirty years of sales leadership experience in organizations ranging from Fortune 25 companies, mid-sized companies, and start-ups, including 18 years with Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo. Todd also served as COO and co-founder at two consumer packaged-goods start-ups, growing them to $55 million in sales and $40 million in sales respectively.
Most recently, Todd has actively led sales teams for companies in the $3 million to $60 million revenue range, directing sales teams from 3 to 100 in number of salespersons. One of his notable sales management successes was leading the strategy that grew a US consumer products company retail distribution footprint from 14,000 stores to over 70,000 stores in 12 months
