As an Outsourced Chief Sales Officer, it is rewarding to help business owners build their dream company by helping to create or re-structure their sales organization to drive growth. Building the strategic sales plan, and/or hiring and managing sales teams and their processes can catapult sales for an organization and I find that this is most fulfilling and it is what I thrive at. I focus on building the best practices for sales teams, aligning company vision to sales processes, and creating deliverables that guide the team towards clear objectives. To do this, especially when owners gain confidence with better visibility into their sales performance and secure the time necessary to work on their business as opposed to “in it” is exhilarating. Sharing what I have learned through corporate achievements and the guidance of my legendary mentors is a rewarding role.
