Scott is an accomplished sales executive with proven business development, general management, and M&A experience. After serving in the United States Navy with distinction, Scott successfully led business unit and national account sales teams at Cargill and WW Grainger to consistently exceed annual revenue growth expectations. He has turned around and further improved the performance of small, equity backed businesses by effectively developing and implementing the appropriate sales strategies, infrastructure, and resources.
Scott earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University. He and his wife Laura have three children and enjoy traveling, community service, and the great outdoors together.
