With 30+ years of sales leadership experience, John founded Pellinore Advisors to help small to mid-sized businesses create and implement successful sales strategies, processes and grow revenue. From wearing multiple hats for a VC-backed startup to leading a dynamic sales team for a Fortune 50 company, John’s resume spans a wide range of experience including financial services, publishing, advertising, software and healthcare.
Growing up on a family farm, John learned the value of hard work and the importance of integrity in business at an early age, giving him the ability to gain trust and respect from clients and coworkers alike.

With GM experience at two companies, John understands the financial side and has consistently forged strong relationships with CFOs and business owners he has worked with. His passion is mentoring and developing sales reps, many of whom went on to successful sales leadership roles.
John earned a BA from Indiana University and pursued grad studies at the Kelley School of Business. He and his wife Patty reside in Indianapolis, where she is a successful Realtor®. They have two grown children, and enjoy travel, cooking and entertaining friends.
